1. 個人資料蒐集宣告 / Information Collection and Use

Green Board 應用程式（以下簡稱「本 App」）由橘能國際股份有限公司開發提供。我們非常重視使用者的個人隱私。本 App 不會蒐集、記錄、追蹤或傳輸任何使用者的個人身分資訊、設備識別碼、使用習慣或定位數據。您在使用本 App 時無須註冊帳號，亦無任何個人資料會被傳送至任何遠端伺服器或第三方。

The Green Board application ("the App") is developed and operated by GreenON International Co., Ltd. We highly value your privacy. The App does NOT collect, store, track, or transmit any personally identifiable information, device identifiers, usage analytics, or location data. No account registration is required, and no user data is ever transmitted to remote servers or third parties.

2. 資料處理與本地儲存 / Local Processing and Offline Storage

使用者於本 App 中所建立的所有手寫筆記、繪圖、筆跡紀錄或匯出的檔案，均完全保存在您的本機裝置或您自行選擇的儲存位置中。我們不會亦無法讀取、備份或存取您的任何手寫內容與檔案。

All notes, drawings, strokes, or exported files created within the App reside strictly locally on your device or in user-selected local directories. We do not and cannot access, monitor, backup, or view your notes or drawings.

3. 裝置權限使用說明 / Device Permissions

為支援硬體連接與特定操作，本 App 僅會在必要時請求以下權限：

藍牙權限（Bluetooth）：僅用於與 Green Board 電紙板/手寫硬體設備進行即時配對與手寫筆跡訊號傳輸，絕不用於定位追蹤或設備指紋蒐集。
相片/儲存權限（Photos / Storage）：僅在您主動選擇「儲存或匯出筆記/圖檔」時，將檔案存入您的裝置相簿或資料夾，本 App 絕不會讀取或上傳您裝置內的其它非相關檔案或照片。

To enable hardware connectivity and essential features, the App requests permissions only when required:

Bluetooth: Used solely to discover and pair with Green Board electronic writing tablets to receive real-time strokes. Never used for location tracking or data collection.
Photos / Storage: Used solely when you explicitly tap to save or export sketches to your device's photo gallery or file storage. The App never accesses or uploads other unrelated photos or files.

4. 第三方 SDK 與追蹤 / Third-Party SDKs and Tracking

本 App 未整合任何第三方廣告聯播網 SDK，亦未整合任何使用者行為分析追蹤工具（例如 Advertising Identifier 廣告識別碼追蹤等）。我們絕不向任何第三方機構銷售、出租或分享任何數據。

The App does NOT contain third-party advertising SDKs or user behavior analytics trackers. We do not sell, rent, or share any data with marketing companies or data brokers.

5. 兒童隱私保護 / Children's Privacy

本 App 適合所有年齡層使用。由於我們完全不蒐集任何個人資訊，本 App 完全符合《兒童線上隱私權保護法》（COPPA）及相關隱私法規，絕不蒐集任何 13 歲以下兒童的個人資料。

The App is suitable for all ages. Because we do not collect any personal data whatsoever, the App fully complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13.
